Software Studio

A software factory different from what you imagine.

CMMI Certification's stamp

Software Studio is a unit of production for creating products that meet the specific demands of our customers. This concept was inspired from the perception that the traditional model of the Software Factory could be improved.

How?

Our proposal is based on encouraging the skills of individual consultants, and their consequent involvement with the product in question. Seeing them as people - and not as factory components - is a recipe for achieving optimum results.

In many cases, the understanding of what needs to be produced will not be known fully as the project progresses. It is therefore essential to establish a development mechanism that allows the flexibility of goals.

Through the adoption of agile methodologies, it's possible:

Quality | uncomplicated final product, delivered in operation and targeted to achieve the highest possible return on investment.

Shipping products with complete set.

Flexibility of planning from interactions.

Increased customer participation throughout the project.

FAQ

  1. Image number 1

How do you lessen my risks?

Our methodology is based on constant delivery of complete products. In practice, this means that at any stage of development it is possible to implement changes without compromising the functionality that is already in use. The risks diminish, as your project becomes a set of interdependent parts, better adaptable to the demands that were not foreseen initially.

  2. Image number 2

Are there enough specialists to meet my demands with exclusivity?

The professional staff is composed of MJV perennial talent consultants, guided by experienced professional trainers. This configuration makes the teams very flexible to suit different sizes of project. In groups of linear, non-hierarchical working, where individual initiative is valued, our professionals combine dynamism, creativity and efficiency to suit the specific needs of each client.

What is the benefit of flexibility in scope during the process?

This approach allows one key advantage: applying the valuable learning that is acquired throughout development to the final result of the project. Thus, planning becomes more agile and able to absorb sudden changes in direction, such as those derived, for example, from oscillations in the market. When a redirection of effort is needed, this occurs naturally, without causing major complications.
