The MJV conducted a thorough assessment of the current situation of the client’s Data Warehouse. This process included several evaluations, including:
- Organizational structure to support the demands of caring for DW;
- Architecture used by DW;
- Procedures for loading the Insurer DW, assessing the differences between ETL processes versus processes ELT;
- Procedures for meeting the demands OLAP;
- ETL tools;
- OLAP Tools;
- Modeling of DW;
- Infrastructure Support DW;
- Implementation of a tool to control process execution in production;
- Migration to an architecture EDW contemplating the deployment of the CIF.
- Setting an action plan for improving the DW.
